When ever your contract is ever within a few months of expiring, you will get a phone call from Optus asking to upgrade to the latest plans.

It's almost to the point of harrasment.

What can you do?



Contact Optus through their social media contact page:  http://yesopt.us/id

OR

Contact the telecommunications Industry ombudsmen (tio) and put in a complaint.


I did both.
