What is intelegence

Intelegence is quantum and right here.

I've been pondering what it means to be able to think. I though about the commonalities between intelegence. A physicality of space, our willingness to learn. But even a Willie Wagtail sees the universe in a different light. Even a Humming bird sees in different ways and processes. 

What is common is our perception. At the quantum level our determination relates to decisions mapped by our ability to articulate the universe. At this level we can see that perception is how everything is viewed.

It's something wonderful.
