Human Optical Processing Limits
The day was a day that had a full sky of clouds and I looked up at them. I focused on the movement of one part of the cloud and noticed within the periphery of my vision that the movements of clouds stopped and started.
Was my mind only focused on processing visual information at the area of focus? Was it being lazy?
Then I started to think about it. Maybe I observed a limit to the processing of visual information for the brain. That my brain was focused on one particular point and my brain basically said don't worry about updating the rest of the vision. It somehow reminded me of how some birds when walking bob their head as they can't process visual information quickly either.
Another question of human existence and quantum perceptions I guess.
